Youth ministries from thirteen churches will come together to lift one voice to ignite a move of God in Lawrence, KS. Movement 2026 is a free event for youth from 6th grade through 12th Grade on Friday, January 30th, 2026 from 6:00p - 9:00p at Velocity Church (4000 W 6th Street). Chick-fil-a will be provided for dinner, and Movement 2026 T-shirts are available for purchase at the event for $10.

Join us this year for Christmas Eve at Story Hill! Bring the whole family for a candlelight service as we worship King Jesus together and hear a teaching from the bible about how Jesus is the Son of God.

Our Story Hill Kids nursery will be open. All other kids are encouraged to join their families in the sanctuary for the service.

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear! Join us Tuesday, December 2nd at 5:30pm for some good ole fashioned Christmas Caroling! Parenting young children is full of joy, exhaustion, laughter, and challenge—all at once! In this class, we’ll explore biblical wisdom and practical tools for raising kids under ten in today’s world. Together, we’ll look at God’s design for families, how to nurture faith at home, set healthy boundaries, and respond with grace and truth in everyday moments.

Parent & Baby Dedication is a commitment made between families and Story Hill to raise their child/ren in an environment where they can know, and have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Ephesians 6:4 tells us, "Parents do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."

On Sunday, May 4th, Parents/Guardians will be asked to present their child before God and the local church, asking for grace and wisdom in carrying out their responsibilities. Join us!

God’s grand plan for redemption culminates in Jesus, who lived faithfully to the covenant in a way no human ever has and no other human ever will.
