Aaron grew up in Arkansas and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with his B.A. in Biblical Studies and then in 2012 with an M.A. in Theology from Liberty Seminary. For 10 years he served in youth ministry and has been pastoring college students since 2010. Aaron joined The Salt Network team in July 2016 to continue the vision of planting next-generational churches. He is passionate about seeing college students actively involved in the local, multi-generational church. Aaron has been married for 11 years to Kristen and has two children, Korben (9) and Klaire (6).
Caleb grew up in Southern Illinois and graduated in 2015 from Union University in Tennessee. Brandie is from Alabama and graduated in 2016 from the University of North Alabama. They were married in November of 2016 and have a newborn baby girl named Mila Kate. Caleb joined The Salt Network team in July 2017 to be trained and sent as the Salt Director to the University of Kansas. Their family is excited to follow God's call to join with a church plant that seeks to multiply the gospel in Lawrence and at the University of Kansas.
Ali grew up in Northern Iowa and attended Iowa State University. While at ISU, a fellow swimmer invited her to attend The Salt Company, where she accepted Jesus for the first time. After graduating from ISU in 2015, Ali joined Salt Staff full-time. She and her husband Bennett met through Salt in 2014 and got married in August of 2016. They are excited to move (with their pets) to Lawrence to serve the community and reach students at KU.
Dana was born in North Dakota and raised by Gospel loving parents. After graduating he attended Grace University in Omaha, NE. During this time, he fell in love with Jesus and His church. In 2013, Dana graduated with his bachelors degree in worship ministry and Biblical Studies. He has been serving the church for over 10 years. Dana, his wife Kirstie, and son Crusoe have lived and served in Ames for the last 2 years and are very excited about moving to Lawrence.
Creative Arts Coordinator
Brooke grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas and graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. She has been actively pursuing design and photography since 2008. She made the move to Iowa in July of 2017 and is excited to take on the role of Creative Arts Coordinator on the Lawrence staff team. She couldn't be more thrilled to hit the ground running in Kansas and be a part of the work God has for the team and the city of Lawrence.
